Upon successful activation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device, subject to these Terms. Each license key is bound to a specific device through device fingerprinting.
If you need to transfer your license to a different device, you must contact us via email at to request license unbinding. We reserve the right to approve or deny unbinding requests at our discretion. License transfer between individuals is prohibited without explicit written permission.

While the developer has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of the Software, including testing core functionality and providing automatic backup mechanisms, the Software may still contain bugs, errors, or defects.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
You may request the complete deletion of your personal activation-related data by contacting us at . Upon receiving such a request, we will delete your activation data from our records within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations requiring data retention.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
